What have you witnessed that tells you about their attitude?

The only thing I ever hear about their attitudes come from the coaches that are trying to save their jobs. Of course they are going to say these guys are great and the guys who left were the worst. They are trying to save their jobs and that's an easy excuse to make because no one can say you're lying.
