from time to time which is why he is now seeing a ...Psychologist, clinical: A professional specializing in diagnosing and treating diseases of the brain, emotional disturbance, and behavior problems.

His best player just transferred after filing a complaint and people are accusing the player of having problems?

Do you remember a guy named Woody Hayes? He won a lot of games but from time to time he went psycho and it finally caught up with him.
