"clients" it is a matter of record already who flew on the plane and who went to the island. you can search that out pretty easily and it's been out for years.
the problem of course is just b/c you flew on the plane or even just b/c you went to the island doesn't mean you are implicated in prostitution or rape.
the victims should either be cooperating with the DoJ and pursuing criminal charges if any of this happened in US jurisdiction or should be pursuing civil suits.
famously the one against Dersh failed b/c the witness was not reliable and backtracked or more accurately admitted under oath that she mistakenly identified him.
whether you accept that explanation or not is another story.
my guess is they have no proof. which of course doesn't mean it didn't happen. but start accusing rich, powerful people of rape or prostitution without evidence and you'll find yourself sued into oblivion.
