The knock on cashless bail is that it is applied to accused violent offenders that re-offend while not in pre-trial confinement.

It is not being criticized for accused violent (or non-violent) offender that doesn't re-offend while not in pre-trial confinement.

Innocent until proven guilty should mean something.
