I guess I would say until the boomer generation passes on there will be financial hardships for everyone, and recovering from their impact will take lots of work and several generations. I don’t expect anything to work very well while they are still earthbound.

I doubt a location exists in America with more available quality housing for affordable prices with safe neighborhoods and high quality schools. Obviously they are doing something right
