Yet another property tax increase.....because nothing says "we hear you" like ignoring unanimous public opposition, including retirees begging not to be taxed out of their homes. Same story as last year - public says no, commissioners say yes… then give themselves a raise for the hard work of ignoring the public they serve. All while sitting on HALF A BILLION in reserves. But hey, when your board of county commissioners is 6 Democrats to 1 Republican, who needs accountability?

Bonus: the far left chairman openly supports 15-minute cities, wants to take away your mobility, and admits his "equitable housing" plan will displace existing residents.
