...and put in the work for scholarships (full or partial). I think there are also plenty of schools or regions of the country that are known for certain sports, and they'll do everything they can to keep them despite what a larger market may say.
The House Settlement didn't really settle much of anything, IMHO...the money is still football/basketball-heavy and many non-revenue sports will be either dropped or rosters/scholarships will be limited as a result. That's not to say this EO will solve anything, but at least it's an indicator that non-revenue sports won't get lost in the shuffle (that's the hope, anyway).
