Not sure it changes anything, it still allows endorsement NIL money with not much ability to regulate it, if fair market value is regulated and someone says you can’t pay him that much, a lawsuit is coming from the player. Under the current model, it’s a judgement call, and the players lawsuit is a winner.
Nothing has changed…..other than they are making even more money now, some of it being directly from the university.
