I think he brings up an important additional option, at least to what I had come up with so far, though I disagree with his quick, confident dismissal of some of the other options.
The new one, for me, at least, is the inherent problems with the chain of custody of the evidence in "the file". I think he rightly points out that there are fingerprints of a lot of different people, some Trump supporters, many Trump haters and probably a lot of people in between. His enemies, some of whom have shown no reticence in lying and fabricating evidence against him could potentially have slipped in some 'fake news' as evidence against him &/or his family, friends or allies in the years since it was first collected. This could have more easily be done in this age of AI generated film, Photoshopped photos and so on. Some vehement enemies had the means, the access and the motives to do so. They also knew that he was quite vulnerable given his repeated touting of his promises to make those files public during his campaign.
One counter to that, of course, is that if they had done so, why not throw it out in public before the election? Why let him win and run like a bull through a china store upending and destroying so many of their precious liberal projects, including many that were critical to their plot to destroy America as we know it?
A counter to that counter could be that no one took the initiative to do so until it was too late in the process. Or perhaps they weren't so confident that the public would believe them, especially given their previous failed lies that were later exposed. It certainly carries more credibility the way that it has played out. Trump trumpets what he's going to do in making the evidence public, appoints the people who are chomping at the bit to do so... and then they discover the planted evidence. Oops. Trump realizes the difficulty in trying to claim it is "fake news", as he is finding out in real time now anyway.
Oops indeed. No, no, it's all fake, the evidence was fabricated by the Democrats. Yeah, right. If he truly believed that, why promise so vehemently to bring it all out in the open?
But he's in a bind. If falsified evidence has been sprinkled in with the good, it destroys or at least heavily taints all of it. Innocent people could indeed be ruined by it. If he claims it is all fake, it puts him in an extremely bad light, and raisis suspicions that he is also guilty or tainted, or he is protecting family or friends.
It seems like a plausible explanation for things, but a counter to the counter to the counter would be... if this were true, why wouldn't Trump come clean and tell the truth about it? It would not be good, but it would be less bad that the garbage he has been trying to peddle.
One other theory that Glenn Beck floated was that Trump's crazy schedule has allowed him to accomplish some amazing things in a very short amount of time, but if he, Glenn Beck, had tried to keep a schedule even nless strenuous he would be tired and grumpy... like Trump was in attacking many of his "former"ly loyal supporters.
Perhaps, but I would cut him less slack on that one.
Bottom line, I'm not advocating this, but it is perhaps worth pondering a bit.
