to Membou will now be standing shoulder to shoulder with someone else. It will take time to learn how that guy moves, operates in certain situations and under certain pressures. How big a hole does the back need to squeeze through and how long does it take him to do it. Does the new QB move himself out of trouble effectively, or roll into it the way some QBs do? A lot of repetition needs to happen and then guys have to progress to be as good as the guys that left.
