Many of the judges issuing injunctions against Trump were appointed by republicans. Other presidents faced injunctions as well. It cuts both ways, and only affects the time period until the issue is finally resolved. I don't feel strongly either way on the merits, but get a kick out of one side or the other making the case that these types of decisions are a huge victory or defeat.
