however, to be legal - within the house settlement guidelines - they will have to be approved by the so called "college sports commission." how this group defines what's acceptable/fair or not is beyond logic since the market defines fairness by the price it willingly pays for any good or service in this case.
anyway, third party nil will continue, but as i understand it athletes will no longer get payments from school sponsor collectives, which may exist solely to help fund each school's $20.5 million salary capped budget.
