it seems rather that the two super powers (their words) are now tied in the house settlement for a decade forward to the b12/acc. they've agreed it seems to $20.5 million direct pay-to-play arrangements for their universities. collectives may exist to fund the $20.5m but not to pay athletes as they have in the past. third party nil's will be governed by something dubbed the "college sports commission" comprised of conference members. all that suggest these pickin's y'all speak of below maybe somewhat paltry going forward.
