radios being lost, or returned unrepaired.

While at a dealer training last week in Las Vegas someone dropped a bombshell of Motorola charging an unbelievable price for a "flat rate" repair.

But when they are selling radios for $6000~$8000 a piece, there are plenty of suckers who will pay the price for the Motorola batwings and not think twice.
