There is zero loyalty either way anymore, mostly because many jobs are obsolete in 10 years or less.

People take charge of their careers vs letting a business do it for them.

The movement from pension plans to 401K also make that easier.

Also, the fact that there are more jobs than people in general make people look if they do not like their employers, because most employers are run by dumb boomers who do not know how to cater a business for their employees.
