"UAW autoworker salaries at General Motors (GM) are subject to a multi-year contract that includes significant wage increases. The contract raises the starting pay for production workers to a minimum of $27.72 per hour ($58k/annum), with plans to reach $30.88 over three years.

The top rate for production workers is also increasing, projected to reach $41.17 per hour ($86k/annum) by 2027. The contract also includes cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) and profit-sharing bonuses." al
