from Mexico? It seems that would be a good reason to hold him. Given that, the system worked and he received due process and was released as soon as his citizenship was established. This incident was successfully handled. For your information, many innocent suspects are detained and held until evidence clears them. How many Jan. 6h protesters were held for weeks and months, while the biden regime DOJ dithered? I don't recall you posting threads on their situations.
