So you think it's implausible that a 19yr teenage boy might not lip off to a LEO when he is confronted about not having ID and say something stupid Like I crossed the border illegally in a sarcastic way?

But let's say your 100% correct and this ICE agent is bent. Then you simply remove him from the Job and punish him if he is proven guilty of doing something illegal.

But again at the end of the Day the 19yr old was released and again he should be compensated $$$ but that is all he deserves.

Nothing wrong with the System... it is deporting as it should those who don't belong.
