You seem to have a mental block on how due process works. I ahve said from the start he should have been deported. But due process doesn't kast forever. You can't take the due process from a prior case (which is what you have above) and apply it to any and all future cases. Even the Trump administration admitted he did not have due process in the deportation proceeding. And any court it goes to will recognize the same thing, that in the deportation, he was not given due process, and he should not have been sent to a foreign prison (still has never been convicted of any crime in any country, from what I understand).
