government needs to prove it not just unproven claims in administrative courts that are ran by the DOJ.

I’d even say not just proven of actual crimes. But if someone can be proven to be of a criminal organization, deport.

When the government starts side stepping it’s own laws and setting aside due process, that is dangerous for everyone. People are cheering this too, taking a step towards normalizing it. What if AOC is the next President, declares Israel as a terrorist state and starts rounding up American supporters of Israel using DOJ courts to claim they renunciated their citizenship due to their support of Israel and permanently detained them with the Patriot Act?

Never trust a government that normalizes ignoring its own laws.
