I have been convinced for a long time that MU is the real reason we can never get to where we want to be. AD's in the way of coaches. Board members get in the way of coaches or ADs. Big money people get in the way of everyone or they are "do it my way or I stop giving money"!
No one is allowed to do the job they are hired for.
