budget is THAT much bigger than everyone else. I think that most of the blue bloods and teams I listed will all have similar budgets.

However, NIL budgets also flucuate massively from year to year.

NIL is part of the equation, but the portal is the equalizer. Self can spend NIL money on a top recruit, develop him for 2 years, and then boom he takes off to Duke.
