The irony of you claiming to be color-blind is that most of the modern Left considers that to be racist "white privilege." They argue that white people (like yourself, presumably) *must* see color in order to acknowledge racial disparities and what they perceive as "systemic racism". In reality, the pendulum has swung so far the other way that the only institutional racism remaining in our society is the kind that gets unqualified people like Kerrick Jackson hired.
