It was such a bad hire.

First thought through my mind - why didn’t we hire Rob Vaughn? Why’d we hire a former assistant who wasn’t that good to begin with? Why’d we hire a guy who left because his wife got a promotion out of town?

Your first thought - Why didn’t we hire a colored man?
