You asked "why?" three times, as if you still have no clue why a sub-.500 black coach was hired by a person who co-chairs an NGO called the "National Coalition for Minority Coaches" with a mission to promote DEI in college sports.

The evidence of discrimination is overwhelming:

It's blatantly illegal, but for some reason (mostly politics & cowardice) the law is only enforced one way when it comes to civil rights violations.
