he has NFL chops and it plays with recruits-especially secondary players. He doesn't coddle losers. If you're good enough that attitude is what you want in your coach. I wouldn't have given him 54 million just on the principle it's the Big-12, but I assume if they're making that sort of investment they'll back it up with some NIL
