of making a serious run in the tourney. Gates did that. That the team unraveled in the last weeks of season is something he did too. No MU team was as highly regarded as this one since SMA's top team. I think Coach Gates in the kinda guy to evaluate the team's journey and its fall as he preps for the next campaign. NOT FOULING at game conclusion was pretty inexcusable - but for the first time in memory, MU put a team on the floor that was for real. Coach needs 5-6 years before judgements can be made seriously.
