To represent someone and demonstrate in your lawsuit that they are receiving harm from current actions and that your lawsuit would likely succeed on its merits if it were to proceed.
It's impossible for me to see who the plaintiff is in this case. Those committing the incursion? There's also the question of standing. No injunction would be issued.
