Certain powers over the President. If the President, while executing his executive powers, violates the Constitution, the judicial branch has the authority to order him to stop doing so.
So, for example, if President Trump came to the conclusion that Sal from Tigerboard was a member of Tren de Aragua, had him arrested, and ordered him shipped to a prison in El Salvador without a hearing, Sal could sue for an injunction and the court would order Trump to give him a hearing. That is called due process of law, and under the 4th Amendment every person in this country is entitled to it, even murderous thugs from Venezuela, and even morons like Sal.
The president, in exercising his executive power, is not entitled to violate the Constitution, and the judicial branch has the jurisdiction, the power, and the obligation to order him to stop.
Let me know if you have any questions.
