I think Gates obviously still has a lot to learn, but he's still a young coach. Some of the things he does frustrates the hell out of me, but if he learns on the job and we continue to improve over the years, we will be just fine.

If you went by Coach K's first 3 years or Bobby Knight's first 3 years and claimed that was their ceiling they wouldn't have been household names.
