disaster and this year for the most part has been entertaining, competitive, and successful. Been in damn near every game and will finish top half of what most are saying is the best conference in history. I think he has done a fine job getting us to this point this year. Now he needs to continue to improve, keep feeding the talent funnel, retain the talent already here and should be in decent shape to succeed. Seems he is doing it the right way as well. Love the team chemistry this year. That is hard to do with almost an entirely new team.
