Be his boss and keep this renegotiating/threat to leave bullshyt from happening every year. Either commit and pay him or don't and let him leave the first time he flirted with going someplace else.

Hiring Haith was MAs biggest failure. He hired a second rate losing coach. He hired a loser that was a known cheater that still had a losing record.

So glad all that is behind us.
