Need to be at least above average in every aspect of the game to survive and conquer the varying strengths of each new opponent.

Gates teams are habitually lacking in rebounding and defense. He's also playing too many guys this late into the year. A 9 deep rotation is about as far as a coach can go before it starts eating into the building up of strengths/covering up of weaknesses and bonding as a group thats needed for championship quality basketball.
