Mitchell isn't big for a 4 and doesn't shoot well.
Bates isn't a 2 or 3 so he has no position
Grill has to be able to create his own shot.

Pierce earlier this year looked like a lottery pick but has trailed off for weeks. He has the most upside. Sort of a poor man's MPJ.
