And the money was actually evenly divided by all US citizens, you'd receive $2.19 back a day.

Teachers would probably lose their jobs
Some rural schools would shut down
Less people could probably afford trade schools and college
Special Education services might go away for individuals with disabilities or special needs

It would buy you a cup of coffee.
