Retain Spags, if possible; patch departures in defense; encourage Kelce to retire; see if you can find a better option at RB (or squeeze another year out of Hunt); WR corps should be solid with Rice returning.

I don't think this is a full tear-down. The #1 priority has to be O-line and protecting your HoF QB. If they can do that, they can continue winning.
