a St. Louis guy that drilled in the Wattenberg Field in Colorado. In my opinion it/tax breaks does a lot to encourage oil/gas production which is what we want. I remember oil was $12 a bbl in the day (early 80s) and went to $30 within a year which seemed sky high. Now what is it in the $70s ?
