was not qualified for the Mizzou job making him a DEI hire. And your supporting evidence is DRF was for giving minorities a chance.
So you have posted many times Gates was hired because of his skin color.
Problem is, you rely on your own subjective opinion of his qualifications.
Others disagree. He’s coached with the NBA, in the ACC and PAC-12. He took an awful program to the NCAA tournament and won conference Coach of the Year twice.
You could have simply said.. “well, I question the hire because I think we should have gotten someone with a more proven track record”. That would have been a reasonable opinion.
But you didn’t. You made it about his skin color from the beginning. That is racist.
