I don't know about Matt. But you clearly equate "dumb and lazy" with black people, and you clearly think black people are unqualified for jobs.

Gates was a coach for 3 years and an assistant coach for 16 years before Mizzou hired him. Compare that to Todd Golden: An assistant for 7 years and a coach for 3 years.

Did you want to hire Bruce Pearl? He obviously wasn't available, and he was 26-40 his first two years at Auburn.
