On the other hand, if the powers that be have determined that's the direction they're going?
Wouldn't you rather have a peaceful clearing of the land, an organized trail of tears with the help of Arab nations, than genocide?
Militant Israeli's are every bit as nutz as their palestinian neighbors, but here we are, having enabled this raging out of control child-nation, and if we let them roll as they wish, they just create some of the greatest horrors on Earth.
Compared to that I'll take Trump's approach, reducing the entire thing to some kind of peaceful real estate deal, it's better than what was happening and in politics that's often the best you can get.
Personally I'd like to see the entire state of Israel de-armed and disbanded - they're a menace - but that ain't happening any time soon.
