seeding, or they would have been a #2 seed. Maybe you shouldn't question math if you don't understand how many teams are in 2 sets of 4.

IF they used AP rankings to determine seeding Creighton would not have been a #3. But guess what, conference tournaments had an effect on that.

I am sure many such examples exist.
