a limiting factor on obtaining qualified applicants than DEI. I've had a pretty successful career in a stressful technical field where we have to make quick decisions and would not want to do that job. The pay cut alone would have been bigger than my new salary and that's at the highest expected salary for ATC. Little wonder they struggle to attract the right candidates.
