I'm not even sure what DEI requirements are. Are we talking about quotas? Legitimately curious, as I don't even know what that means beyond my own experience. In the corporate world that I am in, there is influence that many would call "DEI", but it is centered around considering all applicants without bias and things like that. There are not quuotas or counts of who is hired.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
