Makes a lot of assumptions in the post. For instance, people taking buyouts weren't doing any work. Second, that without these workers they will have enough people to do what needs to be done. Third, he still doesn't seem to have checked how many workers each agency has office space for, since most had flex and remote workers who didnt use office space. Things sound great until you get into the details.
