If their policy is illegal, why not just go after them for illegal practices?

The whole private side of the EO is completely pointless. It doesn't change any law or anything they need to do, he just "urges" them to get rid of DEI policies that are illegal. As the non-president, I'd urge anyone to eliminate any illegal activities regardless of what they are.
