All depends in what you mean by DEI. If you mean niring unqualified people because they are minorities/women, then I agree. If DEI is making sure that all qualified people are considered, regardless of race/gender, and making sure that people are treated respectfully and without bias, then DEI is good. Im sure there are both good and bad DEI rpograms. Unfortunately, it has become a "Cause", so notw both sides see it as either all good or all bad. Like most things now.
