I like Gates a lot. He has filled the building and turned the program around and seems to have a lot of charisma. I think what he’s trying to say is that last year Gates just kind of backed off after he saw the disaster building. I kind of saw that too- he did seem kind of disinterested. By his logic, Gates was doing it deliberately. I see what he’s saying and like I said it’s definitely a different take
