And none other than C-gullible/asstray has informed us very eloquently that, "it's not poorly written". Coming from a constitutional scholar of his renown and a grammarian of his stature, that says a lot.
I have no idea what his point is, but for him to deign to share four words with us in one post has got to be considered in any future arguments.
