happened when communists had power", though. And the realization that Marxism can never be achieved is also a fair argument against communism/Marxism, particularly when combined with what history has shown happens under communism.
So, yes, I can see why JG says "real communism has never been tried". But I think he really wants to "try" it because he desires "historical communism" on his political foes. Which is why I give him so much shít for saying it.
