flaw.
The pricing mechanism gives us great dynamic information on supply and demand. In communism, without this information, how can anyone know how much of what goods to produce?
But there is an argument against capitalism too. That we have been sold a consumerist society that is convinced that we always need things we don’t. That advertising is constantly promoting new products that if you just buy this or that your life will be better, or buy this car or new clothing style to show your lifestyle to others, until the next trend generated to get you buying more. Fast fashion is a great example of this. Mass production of cheap clothing with rapidly changing styles and people keep buying new wardrobes every season change to keep up with the latest trends marketed to them.
